- Northfield Criterium Bike Races downtown from 9:00 a.m. to 5:oo p.m.
- Fourth of July Flea market in Ames Park starting at 9:00 a.m.
- Yankee Doodle Kiddie Parade starting at Econofoods at 6:0o p.m.
- Yankee Doodle Kiddie Carnival at Bridge Square at 6:00 p.m.
- Ames Park Fireworks at 10:00 p.m.
- Sechlar Park Fireworks at 10:15 p.m.
If you like the back decks at The Contented Cow, be sure to check out the new deck at the back of Butler's Steak & Ale — just off the Mill Towns Trail. It's a perfect place to enjoy the fireworks with friends.
